Glazes For Riverside/Henderson 2021: We're currently working with applying color slips under glazes in cone 10 reduction. We bring a wide variety of glazes to all of our workshops so participants use this workshop to explore all the possibilities of developing a glaze. We encourage you to bring lots of bisque fired work (cone 010) made in a cone 10 clay body. We recommend Coleman Porcelain made with Custer (ask Aardvark to make it with Custer Feldspar-). Plan in advance. Remember, the things you're learning in our workshop are all test work for you to loosen up, experiment, take notes and refine the information later as you continue to develop your work.

Bring up to 10 pre-created bisque fired pottery This is an educational workshop meant to teach people how to use a hydrometer, apply slips and dip and spray glazes. We might get nice work from the kiln. But, it's best to not bring important work that you're hoping you can show or sell. Tom Coleman and Amy Kline teach traditional and new techniques to practice during the months to follow the workshop.

Special Note: Bring cups, tea bowls, small bottles, medium sized work, etc. No low-bowls, big bowls or plates. They take up too many shelves in a workshop.

**Workshop Schedule:
