Inclusion II. Porcelain Tumbler (sold)
Description: This body of artwork called Inclusion comes from my experimental porcelain studies. Twenty + years of conversations with Tom Coleman about raw materials is influencing my body of fine artwork in porcelain.
Details: This totally vitreous, custom-blended porcelain body has come about from my desire to be able to work larger, (and more sculptural), in a true porcelain. The cups and tumblers are my preliminary "tests" for a color pallet for my larger artwork. The choice to include vivid amounts of color into my porcelain reflects my personality.
My Notes: In all of the years of working in materials and creating fine artwork, I've come to understand how the intent behind the work creates the artwork.
Measures: 5.5"x 3"x 3"
