5 lbs. Blue Cabot Matt Glaze (Dry Material)
Description: This glaze is gorgeous fired to cone 10 in an electric kiln. We recommend dipping it.
Note 1: This glaze (and all of the glazes on this website) is shown on Coleman Porcelain.
Note2: We also Only Bisque The Porcelain to Cone 010 !!! This is Very Important.
Mixing Directions: Add water and screen 2 x's through an 80 Mesh Screen.
You'll want it to be at 40-42 on the Hydrometer. (this scale is located on the other side of the hydrometer - lol).
Application: Dip and hold for a count of 3. You can "over-spray" other colors into the surface you dipped. Remember to Test First before putting any unfamiliar glaze onto something important.
Firing Instructions: If you're firing to cone 10 electric - email me for the suggested program. [email protected] It's Not A Fancy Soak and Hold Program. It's Just Firing to Cone 10 and the kiln is turned off.
